Dub Boat: Fool's Gold

One answer to "Dub Boat: Fool's Gold"

What did it say in the review of “Dub Boat” by Dub Boat?
Meaning: "You should look into it—it might be worth it." Yo! I did that then, and I did it now. The first time I checked it (before breakfast!), my stomach was rumbling too much. I did have a pretty good feeling about the numerous effects on the drums, which suited my needs very well, especially because of their aggressiveness. The trumpet also played in a very pleasant manner.
With almost all of the bass lines, I almost got lockjaw; my mouth opened so wide when I yawned. Only with "Cool Down" did I finally get that pleasant feeling that usually fascinates me so much about bass lines. If I had written my comment before breakfast, it would have been pretty much forgotten, because after breakfast I was quite glad that I hadn't written anything yet. The bass lines weren't quite so "off" anymore, and I thought to myself, it's easy to get used to them. But I've reached the point where, with music that I have to get used to, I actually say more and more often: "Why should I get used to it when there's enough new and old music that immediately, or still, gets me high?!" Nevertheless, I would adopt the recommendation here as well, so to speak, and recommend it to everyone. DubNerds recommend getting to grips with it. And for jazz fans, it might be even more worthwhile. If only so they can hear something with a good rhythm ;-)
So, from a rational point of view, I would say that this is also a pretty good DubAlbum or even an instrumental album with pretty good DubEffects, especially on the drums. I'm sure many people will enjoy this, but I guess the album passes me by. It's lunchtime, and my stomach is already growling again.

So long …………… .. lemmi
