Gaudi + Savona: Havana Meets Kingston in Dub

One Response to “Gaudi + Savona: Havana Meets Kingston in Dub"

Oh look! Yes, eat!

Dubblog ! "They will help you there!" May I quote that here? Well, I'm not really that stupid.

So for me the vocal version is one of the finest that has come out of the Caribbean in the last 10 years. Honestly, I would never have dreamed that it would be the Dubthere are. Spontaneously it's in my top 5 list for 2022. When things go badly for me, I lose the rimshots
(or is it just a snare that is too dry) on “The Heart Of Dub“ in my four walls a little on the nuts. Compared to the rest of the riddim, they are just a bit too loud for me, but they have an excellent reverberation. So that can very well end in a “draw” and would then be very close to the “Holy Grail of the Dub“. You'll probably be allowed to rave a bit more.
I'm not a fan of the "lover price culture" for vinyl pressings. But I would also like the cover to be larger. So that nothing is missing in the end, it would have to be a double album, purely mathematically. Well, let's say an album and a single with two Dubs. Or a CD with a nice thick poster. In any case, everything is at the highest level here. From the cover to the music! If I'm allowed to lean out of the window in a lack of modesty.

And the Dub Goes On! …………………… Lemmy
