Rastahari: Dub Is My Superpower

Well, its not the best to judge an album by its cover. But when I see the cover, I am not interested in the music. May be its a mistake but that's the way it goes in my case.

WTF is "rastahari"?

Perhaps I'm just lacking the sense of humor for this sort of thing today... lemmi

Don't judge a book by the cover. MJ27 Magazine says it's a “Gift to the Dub Genre”. Did you listen to it? Black Tie Dub This week's #5 is…

Okay, let's have some fun!

At first I have to ask the question, what is the opinion of an internet magazine against the opinion from the Dub Connoisseur and
the “chief of commentators” in the one and only world wide
DubBlog? ……… ;-)
The second “fact” ( to me ) is, that it is a sad truth, that the Jamaicans lost their enthusiasm for reggae music and DubMusic a long time ago. The Europeans and the rest of the world picked up the great treasure – found in Jamaica! – and hold it strong all over the world. Many “Experrymentals” and many different styles came out of this Love in Jamaican Roots Music and Dub Music. During this time the Jamaicans wasted their time with “duncehall, grunge, trap and other musical accidents in the “dancehall” while chatting in the social media
bullshit and other things to brainwash yourself. Social Media is a trick of Babylon, to keep the people down and increase the foolishness of the younger generations. Social media is the very best vehicle for the fashists to get “strong”. Look around the world, and then tell me, that I am wrong!
Ok, now I have to say, that I was listening to "Dub "Is my SuperPower".
If you don't only read in internet magazines and instead of this you read sometimes in DubBlog, you should know, that it is almost impossible to make a DubAlbum that I hate. I will never hate DubMusic. I like every single Dub around the world, even the Dubs of the death AI – machine. But some Dubs are better and some not. This Dub from “Rastahari” (to me this name is a sin it itself but maybe I am not understanding the joke or the message in it), is not a DubAlbum from what I have to run away but its also not a reason for me to stay.
Another thing is, that the computer style is not a good style for my taste. I prefere the Style of the really and truly Jamaican Musicians.
I agree with the magazine in the case of a gift to the Dub Genre. But the gift and the treasure is the DUB and not this album.
That's ok! Don't forget, its only my opinion! And of course, the music is better than the cover. To me it is sure, that the cover is an AI accident, because it looks like trash. For my taste (!)

Wow, that was a rant. You are so right. Your blog is so much bigger than the birthplace of dub. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Hail to the “chief of commentators”. I love this album regardless.

Well, I can't agree, that my “speech” is something like a “rant”.
To me it's just the description of a sad truth.
You said, That I am “so right” but we know what you really mean.
And the DubBlog is just a “FanBlock” of the greatest music that came out of mankind. We are all fans of Jamaican reggae music and all the great men who fight for
(our) rights".
If you mean it ironically or not but when you say, “Your blog is so much bigger than the birthplace of dub", you have to come down on earth. And I have to say sorry to the members and builders of DubBlog, that my “speech” was responsible for this
ironic and slightly acidic and completely wrong interpretation of my sad words.

Bad cover, extremely boring music in my opinion, nothing about it sounds good or appealing. ;) Well – to each their own. I'll leave it at that, but I also have my own opinion. also i think its ai or lot of ai influences….

Once I am fully with you Anonymous… me don't like this album… there is no soul in this music… I even can't hear it one time… I skip every title after 30 seconds!

ki music, ki comments, ki bots?
Just leave it alone if you can't make music. And to the consumers who like this, question yourselves and reflect on this topic; we call it natural creation, yeah and all that ;)

100% UNITY!

I don't know if I'm going too far here, and I also don't know if I might come across like so many of Dean Fraser's rants. But what I don't know won't hurt me.
Even I sometimes find AI useful. If you don't know something or don't feel like learning it, AI can quickly help you overcome your lack of knowledge. That's right up my alley!
If I'd had that when I was in school, my homework would always have been done. I wouldn't have learned anything then, but at least I wouldn't have so many negative entries in the class register.
get.
But if AI is now also being used for music, I wonder if we humans are still human, or if we still want to be.
Since the beginning of time (which is what I'm talking about here), humans have been much better at this. Music primarily conveys feelings, and only humans have the ability to convey feelings through art, which includes music. Unfortunately, it's also true that feelings become more intense when one experiences or has experienced great suffering. Therefore, the most emotionally powerful music ever created by humans is the blues and reggae. And of course, the music from Africa, because suffering has always been among the greatest there, ever since the first Europeans arrived. Besides, all life originated in Africa anyway (if I'm not mistaken). Africa has the greatest head start when it comes to music.
And love, whether fulfilled or unrequited, evokes very strong feelings in us humans. A computer, and therefore AI, will never be able to have genuine feelings of its own, since it consists only of ones and zeros. At best, it will only be able to simulate feelings. So, at most, it will only be a copy of human emotions.
So what goddamn reason could there possibly be for us humans to let our feelings be dictated by digital, one-dimensional machines? Since this cannot be explained rationally, I'll now try my irrational method, which I'm best at anyway.
I have no idea and I don't know anything, which is much worse, but of course I have a "conspiracy theory" which, like so many others – dangerous for Babylon – could turn out to be the truth in the end.
Therefore, I'll start with a question.
Who actually benefits most from AI? Who is currently funding AI development with billions? As far as I know, it's those who will never be satisfied: data-addicted spies and (possibly money-grubbing) ex-humans who want to trap us all in their "matrix." (Unless we're all already in this matrix and still haven't realized that the film *The Matrix* wasn't a feature film, but a documentary. I've said this many times before:)
I like my program, but I don't like the bad "films" about war and "human" depravity.
AI is therefore also a good way to completely dumb us humans down.
Because we no longer truly learn for ourselves, but merely parrot the knowledge of people who have enriched it through research, for example, without thinking for ourselves. That would almost be okay, since "pseudo-knowledge" is still being generated from human knowledge. But if it hasn't already progressed to the point where AI is generating "knowledge" on its own and essentially "forcing" it upon us, it certainly will very soon. "Forcing" isn't even necessary, because most people absorb all this "new" information completely voluntarily and with (curiosity) greed. You might miss out on some of this nonsense, after all. That's why I still prefer the most important "conservation principle" from school: "Courage to have gaps." You don't have to search for "new" information at every traffic light, on every path, and even at the supermarket checkout. What's going on? Screw all this information! As long as it grooves! Just look at a blank wall and see what thoughts arise. That can be very interesting, and perhaps it will have more substance than my rambling here. (But I'm having so much fun with it). And deep down, I honestly hope it's not just rambling. Well, the main thing is that it's not just "rambling"...
And now I come to my saying about the mud, in which I also felt comfortable as a child, as long as my mom cleaned me and especially my things afterwards.
I've been fed up with this mud for a long time now.
AI music, wars, ethnic cleansing, starving children, war against civilians—especially women and children—exorbitant rents and outrageous property prices, the prioritization of power and money, and the erosion of all human values are no longer just mud. This is the swamp of crime! We are born to be killed! I admit, AI music shouldn't necessarily have been at the beginning of the sentence, but for me, it's still a very great evil.
It destroys true art and deprives artists of their livelihood. In the long run, it eliminates artists and art.
And those who voluntarily "eat" the AI crap support it.

Okay, someone just pulled the plug out of my neck and I guess I'm going to be fed now. I'm far from finished, but that should be enough for now.

Until ………… .. lemmi

Okay, as long as no one tells me to stop, I'll keep going for now. (It's fun and it relieves my brain, so basically my "MI" – human intelligence / English: NI)
Natural Intelligence – A Gift Of JAH). However, it depends on who tells me that. AI music enthusiasts have no right to lecture me in any way. A connoisseur is much more than an "acceptor" (lemmi, stop it...).
Basically, that's how it all started:
“This has got to be one of the best dub albums of our generation. Just saying…Why is it no more popular?”

“KI, I’m listening to you traipse!”

Perhaps I'm making a big mistake and sticking my neck out way too far, but every mistake can be the basis for a new version. That's what "DI" is.Dub Intelligence!
(I always think it's great to be a kid at heart).
The first part in particular sounds like cheap Lidl advertising.
“… one of the best Dub"Albums of our Generation"... wow, even I couldn't have phrased it so "theatrically." And then the question of why it isn't more "popular." I simply had to answer that, because it was so obvious, or rather, is.
For me, it was the cover art that immediately made me want to vomit. After being asked, I wrote something about the music. But it couldn't possibly be as bad, or even worse, than the cover. A comparison with (for example) "Supposed to Be" by Dub Shepherds would, however, be “Dub"Slander," and I really can't bring myself to say that. I hear and feel more than just a difference. The example is really extreme, though. I still don't have solid ground under my feet again. "Supposed To Be" doesn't just expose the limitations of AI music, but also of many other, real, human things. DubI would even say that with that we have Dub Shepherds have overcome their own limitations, if they ever had any. With that, they have definitively entered the pantheon of... DubConnoisseurs have succeeded. If I'm laying it on too thick, please forgive me, but such Dubs and especially their effect make me "delusional".
AI music, or preferably human-made analog music, is no longer a matter of taste for me, but a matter of ethics, or even better, "a matter of honor." Anyone who doesn't understand that is simply too naive and still has their head buried too deep in the mud, or even the swamp. No mistake!
However, I can't rule out the possibility that I've made a complete fool of myself here. After all, it's theoretically possible that "Supposed to be" is 100% an AI hoax and "hillibilli rastahri" is a serious project. In that case, I would never again let my feelings guide me, and I apologize to everyone. Dub Shepherds, that I even allowed such thoughts into my head.

Man, oh man! I never would have thought that all this computer stuff could have such a bad influence on us.

“Bombo Claat”!!! “Babylon Shitstim is the Vampire” AI is taking over ……………………lemmi

back away! purchased numbers and this music is not good!
this music is simple and nothing special, just a music! nothing is good on it and that's what I really think and close to provocate!

Fun album – Five Stars. I know Rastahari used to play keyboards for Frankie Paul in the 90s, so it's real stuff. Big up to Rastahari.
