No comment! But it's not bad either ;-)
1000% AI
crazy that people just throw it out as if it was their recording and production. time of hypocrites now inna the music! sad. Listen to it immediately and Irie dub vol two the same, sad! then they should say this is an AI album and that's good but taking credit for it is rubbish!
ONLY KI, NO HUMAN MADE THIS MUSIC!
probably didn't even write the lyrics himself. catastrophe! move back outta dub music!
We will never really know. Love the mystery
In all fairness to the artist , I notice that it has been released by amuse , which doesn't give the act the opportunity to state whether it is AI or not.
Musically speaking as a musician I find it interesting and intuitive.
Let's give the band the benefit of the doubt. It all adds to the mystery!
This music has been released by amuse, which in fairness doesn't allow the artist to state AI or not.. listening to it I find it interesting and lnnovative. Perhaps we should give the band credit for the mystery it provides (listening on youtube)
I find this to be an excellent listen
After doing a little research on google we found the irritators have released another 5 albums in the past. The 1st being released back in July 2022
Long before AI was available.99k
Volume 3 is definitely a really cool album. If it's really AI, then I officially can't tell the difference anymore. It can't even be that a guy with a Bandcamp page comes around and says he's been playing since the 70s. Dub made, never heard of him, hits 9 dub albums out and other stuff that is definitely not uninteresting and you can dub-influence can definitely be heard.
Yeah, yeah, the name is made up :D I can do that better than the AI. Dave Pitt, thermos flask—it couldn't be any more obvious. A reggae musician is never called thermos flask. It's probably all one person.
The covers are all very entertaining and well done if they were made by an AI.
I would celebrate so much if you managed to get an interview with the liar ;) Fascinating either way.
I saw these live in 81 and again a couple of years ago. Very good live band. Unfortunately shows are very few now as they are all getting on a bit.
I got it on good authority that an album by Spartan Social is on the way, kind of a post punk dub hybrid ,which contains Trench from the irritators.
