"Shoowab-Shoowab, Shoowab-Shoowab ...", the first lines of the debut album "Future Wave Bass“From Radio 77 make it clear where the journey is going: into shallow waters. Four gently melodious songs (“Walking On The Moon” by The Police, Carlton & The Shoes, “Love Me Forever”, “I Only Have Eyes For You” by the Flamingos and “Tonight” by David Bowie and Iggy Pop) ripple here about classically beautiful, but no less gentle reggae backings. The laid-back style is due to the very, very, very velvety and light-voiced vocals of DJ Joey RAD1O. Undoubtedly beautiful melodies, but presented like this, it sounds a bit like Schlager to me. At least there are the reggae backings, and they come in the form of fours Dubs very much in her right. Produced by Dubmatix, they are a bit smooth for his standards, but at least there is no singing in the way. The album is only available in digital form under the title "Future Wave Bass". Strangely enough, however, the title “Future Wave Dubs “. Regardless of the fact that: "Future" is not entirely true given the selection of stocks.

Hi,
I wrote that or something like that in another place many weeks ago and unfortunately nothing has changed until today.
The other day I praised (almost) all publications from Echo Beach about the green clover and now “Radio77” is around the corner. To be honest, that's too much “fabric softener and lard” for me, even as background music.
If it weren't for at least the good ones Dubs of Dubmatix, you could throw the part in the bin without hesitation. That's what I call elevator muzak and where are the “Future Wave” Dubs ”?
It was precisely because I know the originals very well that this flat tootling really got on my laces. Dear David Bowie is turning in his grave!
There are examples such as “Police In Dub”(Echo Beach), the originals were treated almost reverently and not so abused.
A record to forget, unfortunately ...
When I read the review and the comment, I no longer had the need to listen in there. As a sympathizer of Stick Figure, I can't really say anything against this shallow singing but here
against the singing of DJ Joey Rad10, Stick Figure sounds almost like Ian "lemmy" Kilmister.
To be honest, I'm happy every now and then when you can easily forget a record.
At the moment I'm really into Purple D'Lite. Is not a Dub but showcase. I'm not saying that I've always been waiting for these singers, but to me it doesn't sound so intrusive and the riddims are finally back
really fat !!! The Dubs also belong in the “Premier League Of Dub“…. in my opinion. I like the whole disc
but the highlights come at the end. "Time Has Come" / "Dub Has Come ". I quote Linval Thompson:
“A b… bi… ..big… big… bigTune dat” ……………………. lemmi
