Vibronics: Dubs on a mission

In early 2018, Steve brought vibronics the all female album "Woman on a Mission" out. Now he is delivering "Dubs on a mission" (Scoops) the Dub-Version after. What you can hear here should not surprise anyone: good, old, classic vibronics sound, built close to the stepper, massive, voluminous and unfortunately a little antiquated. Still, I like the album a lot better than the vocal version. It works great in the sound system, but you run the risk of getting bored at home. If you turn it nice and loud, it gets better.

Rating: 3 out of 5.

"We all gone a sing the same song" …… .. We all gone a play the same Dub !
I would repeat myself for the umpteenth time if I were to describe why I can't celebrate it.
The sound of the programmed hi hat alone is annoying me. But that could also happen to me on Channel One, because the sound of the hi hat repelled me.
Vibronics somehow always manages to get a little out of the crowd (for my taste)Dub Steppers highlights. I can't explain why. I also can't explain why I "Dub Nation ”, although it's actually not really better in terms of sound.

“These extremely cheap keyboard tones at Vibronics make me downright sick. Is he the musician or me? He must also get a crisis if he hears it again later ”.

Many of my friends said back in the 70s that everything sounds the same with reggae. Compared to what we are offered today, it was really varied and exciting back then. First and foremost, this steppers sound, it only gets boring after the 2nd take at the latest, these guys have to hear that on the controls and feel that nothing is moving any further. And then she wonders why the stuff doesn't sell, no wonder. This music? has a half-life of a mayfly.
I also go in circles, Steppers is and will not be my music. Steppers often sounds like the record has a "hang", boring !!!

Last year at the reggae bus I had the feeling that half of the guests were on amphetamines or similar, which explains the partying of repetitive monotonous sounds quite well ...

I can only say poor education or poor education.

“Hopes and Herbes have the same roots” was what Bob Marley always said. And I have to say this Combi in connection with Reggae / Dub comes very close to my idea of the kingdom of heaven.

Then why chemically made amphetamines? Well, I have to admit, I'm not clear about amphetamines. The stuff goes past me.

It doesn't matter ……………… lemmi
