How nice that reggae and Dub have become such an international phenomenon. In the past, only reggae from Jamaica was considered noteworthy. Then there were exciting UK productions. Meanwhile, reggae and Dub from all corners of the globe. I love that. I am just surprised that the respective origins often have no influence on the music. Ought to Dub from Latin America sound no different than Dub from Russia or France? With "Into the wise“(Reggaewise) we have one now Dub-Sampler from Greece are available. He gathers 11 Greek people Dub-Acts and thus offers a fairly representative overview of the DubScene of the country. All tracks are rock solid, mostly digitally produced, with good grip. But not a single track sounds different than Italian, French or British productions. Actually it seems despite the worldwide spread of Dub to give only two schools: the Jamaican and the non-Jamaican. The basic paradigm for the latter comes from the UKDub-Productions of the 1990s. Since the invention of steppers and UKDub much done but crossovers of Dub and regional styles of music hardly exist. That is a bit surprising and also a little regrettable, but ultimately not a flaw of the present one Dub-Samplers. "Into the Wise" offers modern Dub at an international sound system level. I would like a few more corners and edges, but I am quite satisfied with what is offered, especially since the sampler is even available free of charge at Bandcamp.

Probably I'm just too stupid in the pear, but I haven't been able to listen to the disc anywhere.
At Bandcamp I pressed my enter key through the table but not a single tune starts playing. And when you press stream or play they ask me how much I want to pay. So far no trace of free. At least the user interface is so bad that I can't get anything to work.
If you enter “Into the wise” on Spotify, “into the wide” from “I don't care” appears every time! I don't want to get upset about Spotify, because I basically think it's all great there, but something like that makes my mouth foam.
They haven't uploaded it to YouTube either. So there is still no comment from me on this disc. I know you can get over that ;-)

It's a shame Dub Garden is not there - these are actually THE Greek DubAbout for me - Well, they're on a different label. Thank you for your well-intentioned efforts. But I was exactly on the side and nothing works. But that may be because I am not registered there. In addition, YouTube things are currently only running max. to 50%. The rest is always something with html (lick me) does not work. As I said, computers are probably only for people who have a long time and like to sit around the whole day in front of this monitor and get the whole thing off and virus protection programs loaded on it and I don't know what else. But I definitely don't want to become a geek, I just want to use this thing. I think these things are just too caring for and need too much attention, like a little stupid dog or a Tamagotschi.
All these viruses come from microsoft so that Dollarbill makes even more money with its antivirus programs.

Thank you ropp up! The one with the other browser is of course my standard trick. That works very often, but at the moment the door doesn't even work here. Computer experts (compared to me) have already "hacked" my computer box, but only with temporary success. No, I generally condemn Microsoft's user-friendliness!
